中文摘要

研究目的為探討經由12 週塑身計畫後:一、對女性學生健康體適能之差異;二、其身體生化值之差異;三、以及身體體圍之差異;並藉此提供健康又有效之塑身計畫。研究方法:計畫執行時間為12 週,每週三次,每次時間為60-90 分鐘,自願參與本計劃之女學生為20人,將隨機分為二組:A 組僅執行運動計畫與一般飲食控制;B 組執行運動計畫與熱量控制外,自第7 週開始配合纖美健康飲(減重飲品、代餐)之攝取,A、B 組於整個過程中定期記錄運動執行表及飲食紀錄表;並以SPSS for windows 10.0 中文版統計系統分析所測得之數據,以相依樣本t 考驗(dependent t test)分別探討兩組前後測數據之差異性。結果:A、B 組在體適能檢測於體重、BMI、坐姿體前彎、一分鐘仰臥起坐、800 公尺跑走之前後測達顯著之差異;且體圍在腰圍、臀圍、與大腿圍二組皆達顯著之差異;在血液生化值上,A 組於血糖前後測呈現顯著下降之結果,B 組則在三酸甘油酯之前後測呈現顯著下降之結果,顯示介入纖美健康飲對於預防心血管疾病之飲食控制,具有一定之幫助。結論:本研究因有規律、計畫性地增加參與者之有氧運動,並定期給予營養攝取教育、紀錄飲食,與營養品的介入,因此多數體適能數值、以及體圍能有效獲得改善;B 組因增加健康代餐的飲用,可能造成血液生化值在三酸甘油酯的降低較為顯著的原因。

英文摘要

Purposes:To discuss the following after 12 weeks body-shaping program, (a) the difference of the students’ fitness; (b) the difference of the students’ biochemical parameters of blood; (c) the difference of the students’ girth including girth of waist (WR), hip (HR) and thigh (TR).
Method:This program will be taking 12 weeks, 3 times a week, 60-90 minutes every time. There were 20 volunteers accede this plan and their BMI was bigger then 24. All of the participants would be divided into two groups; group A only joined the exercise program and diet control;group B joined both of them and with the biotechnology drink for beauty and healthy (BDBH) at week 7th. The statistics data were analyzed by dependent t test with SPSS for windows 10.0 by dependent t test.Result:
There were significant difference in body weight, BMI, flexibility, muscular endurance and 800 meter running-walking and all of the girth in both group A and B. There was the significant decrease of blood sugar in group A and the significant decrease of triglyceride (TG) in group B. The multi-kinds aerobic exercise as the main exercise prescription could improve the body composition, health and physical fitness. Working hart, diet and taking some biotechnology drink for beauty and healthy instead of meal could also help people shape their bodies quickly and efficiency.
