英文摘要
Sitting Chan is gaining in popularity, particularly in the Western world, because of
its many benefits. Therefore, the introduction of this book is timely as most people
do not seem to know how to practice Sitting Chan properly and effectively. Many
seem to believe that it consists simply of sitting quietly. Furthermore, Sitting Chan is
sometimes misunderstood to the extent that some are even afraid to try because of false
stories regarding the possibility of being possessed by evil spirits during the practice.
