中文摘要

活型態的建立才可達成。本文主要分享照護一位患有高血脂、痛風疾病且經歷過腦梗塞的42歲接受胃縮小手術患者之護理經驗。照護期間爲2011年4月29日至11月3日’並於減重術後藉由電話訪談5次、門診訪視4次追蹤個案。筆者以Pender的健康促進生活型態模式爲主軸,身、心、靈、社會爲輔之架構評估個案的生活型態,針對問題訂出護理目標,包含個案知道何謂健康飲食並能確實執行,且能依個人的興趣以漸進式的方式,建立每週三次,每次30分鐘的運動習慣。經過半年持續追蹤,個案體重由術前的81.6公斤減輕至71公斤,其高血脂、痛風狀況亦有改善,期望此運用健康生活型態建立之照護經驗,能提供臨床護理人員照護參考。

英文摘要

Bariatric surgery open the door for obesity to lose body weight. However, to establish a healthy lifestyle is necessary for patient to maintain ideal body weight. This case report shared the nursing experience of applying Healthy Lifestyle Promoting Model to care a bariatric surgery patient. From April 29, 2011 to November 3, 2011, the nurse used phone communication (5 times) and outpatient clinic interview (4 times) to communicate with the patient. The nursing goal was set to help the patient to establish healthy lifestyle-- to eat healthy and exercise regularly 30 minutes, 3 times per week. In six month period, patient lives on a rather healthy life. The body weight reduced from 81.6 kg pre-operative to 71 kg. Moreover, his cholesterol and gout condition were relieved by living a healthy life.
