本文探討學習領導(leadership for learning)的理念及其可能的實際作法。廣義而言,學習領導主要在強化領導與學習的連結與影響,使改善教與學成為一個持續的事實,進而讓教室及學校其他場域的教與學能臻於更為優質。本文首先剖析傳統教育領導理念與實際可能出現的問題;其次討論在學校中,學生學習出了怎樣的問題;第三,探討與學習緊密連結的領導實際,也就是學習領導實際,包括五大重要內涵:一、全員承諾於真實教與學、二、塑造利於教與學的環境、三、對學習領導持續對話產生共識行動、四、提高領導密度,以及五、檢視學習結果共同承擔責任。最後,提出學習領導對教育政策與未來教育研究的啟示。

英文摘要

This paper investigates the idea and practice of leadership for learning. Generally speaking, the idea of leadership for learning focuses on strengthening the links and influences between leadership and learning. It aims to enable the continuous improvement of teaching and learning to become a reality. First, this paper analyzes the possible problems caused by the practice of traditional ideas of educational leadership. Second, it discusses the learning problems in schools. Based on the discussions, this paper outlines the essential components of leadership for learning. There are five key elements to leadership for learning, including: committing to authentic teaching and learning, creating an environment conductive to teaching and learning, continuous dialogue on leadership for learning and actions, increasing leadership density, and monitoring learning outcomes and sharing responsibilities. Finally, this paper provides a couple of suggestions for educational policy and further educational studies.
