本研究利用自行製備之聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)非對稱膜應用於掃流式平板膜接 觸系統(Membrane contactor) ’ PVDF以NMP為溶劑’水為非溶劑’以濕式相轉化 法製備多孔疏水膜,並利用SEM及接觸角量測模表面性質。實驗發現非對稱膜之 孔隙度隨PVDF之濃度降低而增加,亦能提高銨離子之去除效率。進料流體高於層 流狀態時,可減少濃度極化現象而增加NH4+去除效果,研究結果顯示膜接觸系統 未來有很高的發展潛力處理高濃度含氨廢水。
This study investigates the preparation and application in the membrane contactor of porous and hydrophobic PVDF membranes. PVDF membranes with different porous structures were prepared by immersion-precipitation of a casting solution in coagulation baths composed of N-methyl pyrrolidinone (NMP) and water (nonsolvent).
In addition, SEM and contact angle analyzer were used to characterize the membranes.
Results showed that Porosity increases in Asymmetric membrane contactor when PVDF concentration decreased, which enabled high NH4+ removal capacity. Especially, when inlet flow located higher than laminar flow, concentration polarization retarded and NH4+ removal capability was enhanced. Therefore, membrane contact system has great potential for future applications in wastewater treatment with high concentration of ammonium.
