石門水庫及其集水區整治計畫自民國95年執行至民國100年截止,其中針對山區坡面、溪流坡面等災害地點投入打樁編柵、鋪網噴植、自由樑型框噴植、種籽播種及稻草蓆敷蓋等植生復育エ程,以增加地表覆蓋面積、減少地表逕流及土壤沖蝕,用以降低入庫泥砂量。本研究彙整過去石門水庫集水區土壤沖蝕針長時期監測資訊,並搭配監測時間雨量,從中探討「不同地表覆蓋之降雨土壤沖蝕特性」以及「不同地表覆蓋之土壤沖蝕抑制量」等兩項課題;經分析結果顯示,經人爲復育之整治邊坡至少可控制31.3%之年土壤沖蝕量流失,而坡面植生工法以鋪網噴植對於土壤沖蝕抑制成效最佳且最適,可達50%以上,該項分析經驗可供後續集水區坡面治理及植生工法選定參考。

英文摘要

Shihmen Reservoir Watershed and sub-watershed remediation plan has been implemented from 2006 to 2011. One goal of the plan is to reduce the amount of sediment from upstream transported into the reservoir’ depending on vegetation engineering for hillslope along creek and mountain route’ including wicker works’ hydroseeding’ gunning concrete free-frame protection’ top soil spreading works. Such remediation methods support vegetative growth and reduce erosion and the area of exposed soil. This study collected a series of soil erosion long-term measurements and hourly rainfall records to analyze soil erosion characteristics associated with the various remediation methods. Results show that after remediation’ sediment production is reduced by 31.3%’ and the remediation by hydroseeding is the most effective method’ permitting a reduction of over 50%. Results from this study can be applied to later remediation planning and chosen an appropriate kind of vegetation engineering for a given hillslope.
