臨床上已有多種手術方式用來治療肩鎖關節脫臼。我們在此篇文章報告兩位病人接受關節鏡手術，治療Rockwood 第三類肩鎖關節脫臼。此種手術方式擁有數種優點，包括: 微創、對於軟組織傷害小、無夾擊症候群之副作用、不需移除植入物等。這兩位病人在短期術後之追蹤皆有良好臨床及影像上之結果。

Numerous operative procedures have been documented for the reconstruction of acromioclavicular (AC) joint dislocation. We present two cases with Rockwood type III AC joint dislocation treated by using arthroscopic reconstruction. There are several advantages for this technique, including less invasiveness and morbidity of the surrounding soft tissues, no impingement syndrome, and the lack of need for implant removal. The short-term results show good clinical and radiographic outcomes.
