幸福感是二十一世紀組織行為學及各行業所重視的議題，畢竟新世紀人類物質生活已有高度的發展，接下來人類所追求的已朝向精神心理層面之幸福感的趨勢邁進。本研究以高雄市及屏東縣市之公立國民中學及國民小學校長為研究對象，獲得主要結論為：1.本研究所建構發展的國民中小學校長幸福感量表具有理想的信度及效度，值得後續研究者在探究校長或教育人員幸福感之參考；2.整體而言，國民中小學校長具有頗高的幸福感，亦即高度生活滿意度，以及高正向情緒及低負面情緒；3.觀察不同背景在幸福感之差異情形，總括來看，不同背景變項在校長幸福感上並沒有明顯的差異。根據以上的結論發現，本研究提出具體建議供教育行政機關、教育領導者及教育工作者之參考。

The purpose of the study was to explore the well-being of elementary and junior high school principals. In addition, the study tried to construct the dimensions of well-being for the principals. The result of the study has shown that the dimension of the well-being for the principals includes life satisfaction, positive emotion, and negative emotion. Finally, the author tried to make some suggestions for educators to improve life satisfaction, positive emotion, and the future study.
