布隆納氏腺瘤為罕見的十二指腸腫瘤。常見的症狀包括腸胃道出血及腸胃道阻塞。在這篇報告中，有兩位病患分別呈現出腸胃道阻塞伴隨出血以及單獨腸胃道阻塞的症狀。這兩位病患接受腫瘤切除手術及幽門整型術並且在復原的過程中無併發症發生。在此，我們於布隆納氏腺瘤的影像學、診斷與治療上提供建議以供參考。

An adenoma of Brunner's gland is a rare neoplastic growth in the duodenum. The most common presentations for this condition are gastrointestinal bleeding and obstruction. In this report, 2 patients with a Brunner's gland adenoma had symptoms of obstructionwith bleeding and obstruction, respectively. Both patients underwent surgical procedures with excision of the tumor mass and pyloroplasty. These 2 patients responded well to the management without complications. Herein, we offer our opinions on imaging studies, diagnosis, and management of an adenoma of Brunner's gland.
