台灣經濟隨著科技產業的蓬勃發展，產業結構加速轉型，國內物流相關業者近年快速成立或發展，對物流人才需求十分迫切，然而台灣的物流競爭力遠低於貿易競爭力，政府已將強化物流服務-國際物流人才培訓列為短期優先規劃措施，為掌握國內物流運輸、承攬人才供需狀況，提供政府單位適時採取必要的人力策略，滿足產業發展之人力需求，有利台灣國際物流運輸產業發展，為本研究之主要目的。所以，本研究針對國際物流運輸、承攬等人力資源進行系統性研究與追蹤，發現過去高等教育急速擴張，在各領域的人才培育均有明顯的成長，光就數量方面而言，獲得學士學位或研究所以上學位者持續增加，學校供給人數每年約有1,200人以上相關領域畢業生投入相關產業。除了量的提升亦應注意整體學生素質之提升，加強產學連結，加速教育部門調整腳步，縮小我國教育供給與市場需求之差異，以作全國各大專院校物流相關科系提供物流人才培育政策，以及政府規劃短期人力培育方向之用。

Taiwan's economy is accelerating with the booming technology industry and the industrial structures are quickly being transformed as a result. Therefore, in recent years, a very urgent demand for businesses that offer logistics professionals has developed. However, Taiwan's logistics companies are not as strong as the trade companies. The government has to strengthen the logistics strategies and the international logistics professional training as a short-term priority planning project.
The main purpose of this research was to get domestic logistics transportation and contracting manpower supply and demand information. Additional purposes were to provide the necessary manpower strategies for government and to meet the manpower needs of industry development, to be conducive to the industrial development of Taiwan's international logistics and transportation.
Therefore, this research systematically studied and tracked human resources for international transportation, logistics, contracting, etc. It found that the rapid expansion of higher education, to cultivate talents in various fields, had significant growth. In statistical data, the employees' bachelors or master degrees continued to increase in the logistics industry in Taiwan. In addition, it not only increased the number of students, but also upgraded the overall quality of students. It should be noted that it is important to upgrade and strengthen the industry-university links, and to accelerate the education department. This will address the adjusting of the pace, and the narrowing of the differences in Taiwan's educational supply and market demand.
This research was conducted in order to provide logistics manpower training strategies for Taiwan college students, as well as to give government planning short-term manpower guidance and direction.
