運用融熔擠製成型所製作之快速原型件,必須將其支撐材料去除後,方可利用。如何以高速度與高效率的方式去除支撐材料,即變成一個非常重要的研究方向,因為現代產品之生命週期越來越短。因此,本研究建構一套去除融熔擠製成型快速原型件支撐材料溶液之酸鹼值線上光學檢測系統。研究結果發現,y = -0.0028x + 41.951 為預測溶液 pH 值之趨勢方程式,根據此方程式,溶液之 pH 值(y),可以藉由檢測光譜之最大峰值功率(x)來精準預測,預測溶液pH 值之誤差率可控制小於 4.42%。於去除支撐材料過程中,運用線上光學檢測系統檢測溶液之pH 值並即時補償溶液之 pH 值,節省去除支撐材料時間可高達 70.3 %。
Removing support material from rapid prototyping (RP) part fabricated by fused deposition modeling is required once the physical model is completed. Removing the support material from RP parts rapidly and efficiently is an important concern because the product life cycle is shorter than before. An on-line optical measurement system for monitoring the pH value of solution during removing support material from fused deposition molded parts was developed. The pH value of the solution (y) can be predicted directly from the obtained maximum peak intensity (x) according to the linear trend equation of y=-0.0028x + 41.951. The error rate can be controlled within 4.42%. The time saving in removing the support material from RP parts up to 70.3% can be obtained by means of using the on-line optical measurement system for monitoring the pH value of solution and compensates the pH value of solution immediately during the removing support material process.
