實務選才係《第二期技職教育再造計畫》之推動策略之一,乃以檢討現行招生管道及研議未來招生管道、考科及實務選才制度之調整方案為主要推動項目,其立論基礎乃肇因於「考試引導教學」。是以,為促使技職校院學生重視實務技能之培養,爰有調整招生方式及考試內容之必要。本文運用文獻分析及比較方法,先就我國技專校院實務選才情形,進行背景概述後,再參酌經濟合作及發展組織所進行之《超越學校提供之技能》研究中,德國、奧地利及瑞士之經驗,本文提出以二技招生試行規劃「一試二用」之實務選才建議,以供主管機關決策之參考。

英文摘要

The talent selecting through practical examination is one of strategies of Technical and Vocational Rebuilding Project II. The tasks of this strategy are to examine and to review the pathways and examinations for admission to technical and vocational schools in Taiwan. Examination leading instructor is its underpinning. In order to improve students’ vocational and practical capabilities, it is necessary to modulate the pathways or examinations. Based on literature-reviewing and comparative analysis, this article describes the status quo of talent selecting through practical examination for admission to technical and vocational colleges firstly. Then, to take the reviews of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the study of skills beyond school conducting by OECD, into account. Finally, the proposal, examination added utility for two-year program in university of applied sciences, is provided as reference for authority.
