菲涅爾透鏡是一種典型的繞射光學元件,此光學元件具備有輕、薄、焦距短與價格低等諸多優點,因此菲涅爾透鏡經常被運用於照明、太陽能集光片、放大鏡與相機鏡頭等用途。本研究利用田口法直交表作為實驗參數規劃,採望小特性,探討不同的射出速度、塑料溫度、保壓壓力以及模具溫度,對於菲涅爾透鏡成型尺寸的影響。結果顯示,影響菲涅爾透鏡成型尺寸,最大因子為保壓壓力,貢獻度約為76.07%。塑料溫度240 °C、保壓壓力 80 MPa、模具溫度90 °C 以及射出速度50 m/s 為運用塑膠射出成型來製作菲涅爾透鏡最佳參數,運用最佳參數來製作菲涅爾透鏡,縱向尺寸精度可以控制在±3 μm 之內。

英文摘要

Fresnel lens is a typically type of diffractive optical element. The main advantages of Fresnel lens include light, thin, short focal length and low price. Fresnel lens has been widely employed in many different applications such as lighting, solar collector, magnifier and camera lens. The experimental trials based on L9 (34 ) orthogonal array of Taguchi design method were carried out to investigate the effects of different packing pressures, melt temperatures, mold temperatures and injection speeds on dimensional accuracy of Fresnel lens. Based on the results of analysis of variance, the most significant factor is the packing pressure having a percentage contribution of 76.07%. The optimum parameters for fabricating Fresnel lens using micro-plastic injection molding are packing pressure 80 MPa, melt temperature 240 °C, mold temperature 90 °C and injection speed 50 m/s. Through the confirmation experiment, the dimensional accuracy of Fresnel lens can be within ±3 μm using the optimum parameters.
