多層防禦是飛彈防禦計畫反彈道飛彈攻擊的思考方式,已被證明是有效且可減少攔截成本。本研究延續多層飛彈防禦的觀點,應用隨機馬可夫鏈建構多層多目標之防空體系模型,除了考量飛彈來襲數量的隨機性外,並將模型延申至多目標同時接戰、防禦能量不足及防禦策略選擇等問題之探討。
Multi-layered missile defense is the way of the ballistic missile defense (BMD) and it has been shown to be effective and can reduce the cost of interception. In this study, the discrete Markov Chain was used to build a multi-layered and multi-target missile defense model. Besides extending the multi-layered defense perspective, the number of random strikes was also taken into consideration, so were the exploration on enhancing multitarget/ simultaneous combat engagement, insufficient defense capabilities and optional defensive strategies.
