本研究旨以全面品質管理模式應用於個案企業安全文化之現況探討,根據全面品質管理及企業安全管理所引發的討論議題延伸為研究之背景,進而觸發欲深入探究其中原因的研究動機,以及衍生而出的研究問題與目的,期望以管理系統運作建構企業完整的安全管理制度,利用品管圈之P-D-C-A管理循環模式改進的精神,持續推動全員共同參與,以精進提升企業運作安全績效進而塑造企業安全文化。

英文摘要

The TQM system has being applied in the production for many years and becomes a prevailing organizational culture in Taiwan. Nevertheless, the cooperate safety culture in Taiwan is underdeveloped and is still at inspection and law reinforcing stage. This study presents a case study of using Total Quality Management (TQM) model applied on the corporate safety culture. The company-wise employee were investigated by questionnaire including various factors, such as awareness of safety devices, spirit of safety, continuous improvement on safety, etc. The results shows training is the most important factor for improving safety. While a great deviation exists on the awareness of cooperate safety among management level and workers.
