異位齒發生於篩竇極為罕見。本病例為18歲女性患有篩竇異位齒合併鼻竇炎及頑固型頭痛，經柯特威爾-路克氏手術移除異位齒後，頭痛情況迅速緩解，在2年的追蹤中並無復發情形。
英文摘要
The ectopic tooth in paranasal sinuses is rare, especially in ethmoid sinus. This phenomenon had a variety of symptoms such as headache and sinusitis. Here, we present an 18-year-old woman who had ectopic teeth both in ethmoid and maxillary sinus with refractory headache. After the ectopic teeth were removed via Caldwell-Luc operation, the containing in sinus is eliminated and headache is released. During two-year follow up, the headache has not been occurred and patient stood it well.
