發生於上唇之神經鞘瘤非常罕見。本病例報告將呈現發生於三十三歲女性之上唇神經鞘瘤。臨床檢查發現，此上唇腫瘤為可動的、無痛的且無觸痛感。臨床診斷為一軟組織腫瘤。此腫瘤經手術完全切除。顯微鏡下可見此腫瘤包含細胞緻密區與局部的細胞疏鬆區。位於細胞緻密區的細胞呈現細胞核於細胞邊緣排列成柵欄狀，而細胞疏鬆區則表現出黏液性的變化。免疫組織化學染色可見腫瘤細胞對於S-100蛋白呈陽性反應。此腫瘤最後確診為神經鞘瘤。病人術後無嚴重的不適感。術後一年的追蹤檢查無復發的跡象。雖然神經鞘瘤罕見於上唇，我們建議神經鞘瘤可列入上唇腫瘤臨床鑑別診斷的考量。

Oral schwannoma occurring in the upper lip is very rare. In this case report, we describe a case of oral schwannoma in the upper lip of a 33-year-old female patient. Clinically, the tumor was movable, painless and non-tender. Under the impression of a soft tissue tumor, excisional biopsy was performed. Microscopically, the tumor was composed of areas with hypercellularity as well as focal hypocellular regions. Tumor cells in the hypercellular area exhibited peripheral palisading of cell nuclei, whereas the hypocellular areas were myxomatous. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells were strongly positive for S-100 protein. The final diagnosis was a schwannoma. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful. There was no evidence of recurrence of the tumor after one-year follow-up. Although oral schwannoma rarely occurs in the upper lip, we suggest that it should be taken into consideration in the clinical differential diagnosis of an upper lip mass.
