《李太白集》中留別、告別、送別、贈別的詩歌為數甚多，此類詩歌，可見李白與人情感交流之密切，情意之豐富，充滿了浪漫精神。李白一生飄蓬，然而從不作輕薄語、衰颯語、哀怨語，始終表現其浪漫奔放的生命本色，故其別詩中表現其可剛、可柔、可大、可細的「自我主觀的情懷、激揚奔放的筆調、含意不盡的興寄」，將浪漫主義精神發揮到極致！

Those creations, rich in affection and sentiment, showed intimate emotional contacts between Li Bai and people, and conveyed great romanticism. Li had an unsmooth and unstable life, but he never made words of flippancy, sarcasm, or complaint. On the contrary, he always lived a romantic and unrestrained lifestyle.
