中國哲學所關切的問題離不開人生與宇宙的問題,並且對這些問題尋求最終的解答。先秦儒家和其他學派一樣,也是在這些問題中關注到政治的問題的本質和尋求建立一種新的政治秩序和規範。政治是由一定規則和標準支配的行為,而哲學即是澄清和批判這些規準,政治哲學所關切的問題是應然的問題,亦是價值選擇的問題,儒家從古代天命的統治合法性觀念,創造出德治的觀念,形成儒家政治哲學的重心,透過不同的管道與訴求,竭盡所能地維護這個核心價值。本文首先分析古典儒家諸子在政治哲學上觀念的變遷與分析,然後討論及批判其實然面與應然面之價值及其有待解決的問題,點出儒家政治哲學的發展傾向及可能性。

英文摘要

What Chinese philosophy concerns about are life issues with the universe. It also seeks final answers to these questions. Like other schools, Pre-Qing Confucian School sought solutions about nature of political problems from those issues and established new political order and regulation as well. Politics is dominated by typical rules and standards, and philosophy is a standard that used to clarify and criticize these acts. Political philosophy concerns about things that happened naturally. That is, it concerns about problems of value selecting. Confucian created rules which based on virtue from ancient concept that expresses whether being an emperor depends on destiny. It forms the core concept of Confucian political philosophy and preserves this value through different ways. This paper begins with an overview on the analysis and changes of the concept of Confucian political philosophy. After that, it points out the development and possibility of Confucian political philosophy by discussion and criticism on its surface and value and problems that need to be solved.
