在很大程度上，學界圍繞「清華簡」之《保訓》篇的爭論，可以被視為是延續了八十多年的「疑古」之爭的最新案例，而總結我們在整個「疑古」之爭歷程中所取得的經驗教訓，可以為我們釋讀《保訓》篇的工作提供有益借鑒。其中，「疑古」之爭中圍繞「默證」的討論、對古代思想觀念、古書流傳之複雜性的認識，這些教訓都是我們在釋讀《保訓》篇時，需要特別注意的。

The debate around “Bao-Xun” from “qing hua bamboo slip” to some extent can be regarded as the latest example of those debates around “suspecting ancient” for eighty years. However, we can get helpful reference from those debates. As a result, we must pay special attention to the problem of “Argument from silence” or the aware of the complex changeable process on ancient books.
