本研究透過對員工心理認知的調查,瞭解台灣地區製藥產業員工工作價值觀、工作士氣與工作滿意度的現 況,以及員工工價值觀與工價士氣是否對工作滿意度有影響,以自編的製藥產業員工工作價值觀與工作士氣對 工作滿意度影響之研究問卷為工具,對瑞安大製藥廠全省各廠區145 名員工為母體對象進行調查。研究結果發 現製藥業員工工作價值觀、工作士氣約在中度水準,而工作滿意度則達滿意水準以上,員工具有不同工作價觀、 工作士氣與工作滿意度表現,員工工作價值觀與工作士氣會對工作滿意度造成影響,因此研究者建議製藥產業 人資部門可從提高員工工作價值觀與工作士氣來提昇員工工作滿意度,特別是可從注重員工的休閒與交通安全 需求,提供員工免於焦慮工作環境,以及增進員工工作意願的方式來提昇員工的工作滿意度。
This research finds out about industry's staff's working values of pharmacy of Taiwan, the present situations of working morale and working satisfaction through the investigation of cognition of staff's psychology, and whether staff's engineering values and labor cost morale influence working satisfaction, one that is with pharmacy industry's staff's working values and influence of satisfaction to work of working morale that is made up by oneself studies the questionnaire as the tool, carry on the investigation to 145 staff in every factory of the whole province of large pharmaceutical factory of Rui'an for parent's target. The result of study find that makes an appointment at the intermediate level in staff's working values of pharmacy industry, working morale, working satisfaction reaches the above satisfactory level, different staff have different job price view, working morale and working satisfaction to behave, it causes influence that the staff's working values and working morale know the satisfaction to work, so researcher propose people of pharmacy industry money department can from improve staff work the values and working morale promote staff's satisfaction of working, especially can offer the staff to avoid the anxious working environment from paying attention to the staff's recreation and traffic safety demand, and promote the working satisfaction that staff works in will way to promote the staff.
