本篇論文以釋憲機關解釋文及系爭個案針對雙重角色醫事人員執業處所問題進行探討，藉此觀察藥師、護理人員等多重角色兼職概況，透過三階段理論思辯，期以對醫事人員專業地位之分化現象進行評價並提出解決之道。

Constitutional Court judicial decision & case study methods were applied to this paper in regard to the occupational location of the medical personnel in hospital industry. By way of observing the pharmacists, nurses etc., the whole paper was based on the multiplayer role, to find out the solution and evaluation to the professional status differentiation.
