本研究以臺灣、中國、香港與新加坡等四地之國語文教科書設計歷程為研 究主題，運用訪談法探討四地五版本國語文教科書內容之設計理念、理解其內 容設計之運作歷程，以及探究內容設計時的影響因素等。研究對象為臺灣翰林 版國小國語文教科書、中國人民教育出版社發行之小學語文教科書、香港牛津 出版社印行之啟思版小學中國語文教科書，以及新加坡教育部發行小學華文教 科書等13 位與編輯設計相關的人員。 本研究結果發現，四地五版本設計理念主要來自課程綱要/標準與主編的 理想，而課程綱要標準又為其最重要之依據。其次，三大運作歷程分別為：評 估準備階段的團隊成立、理念確認、能力架構；選編設計階段的蒐集材料、組 織單元與改寫修正；修正出版階段的通過審查、行銷服務與出版檢討。再者， 影響國語文教科書內容設計的內部因素，包含出版社人員、內容設計團隊、研 究發展機制；外部因素則有政策環境、審查制度、顧客需求、市場競爭等因 素。最後，本文針對出版社、設計團隊、政府、研究機構、學校教師及未來研 究者等提出相關建議。

Through interviews, the present study analyzed the design of Chinese language textbooks in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore, with an attemp to explore the following three issues: the logic of the content design of Chinese language textbooks, the operational processes of the content design, and the factors that influence the content design. The findings indicated that the content design is mainly based on the curriculum guidelines and textbook editors’ rationale, and mostly rely on the curriculum guidelines. Furthermore, the three developmental procedures are estimation, design, and edition phases accordingly. Finally, the interior factors influencing the content include the staff of publishers, design teams, and the research and development mechanisms, while the exterior factors involve governmental policies, review systems, customers’ needs, and market competition. Based on the results of this study, some suggestions were provided for publishers, design teams, the government, research institutes, educational practitioners, and future research.
