本文係應用人力資源規釗中敘述性模型的「推進模型」與「拉回模塑」等理論,從晉升與 進用兩流量因子予以管制的方式,從事國軍人力結構控制策略模型的構建;應用人力資源規釗 中的規範性模型,從事國軍人力結構控制策略模型的搡作,俾在各稽不同策略中,期以找出最 佳控制策略(佔缺晉升率)。

英文摘要

This paper, on one hand, using “Push and Pull Model’ of descriptive model and controlling 4 Promotion and Recruitment, two flow factors, is undertaken to construct a control strategy model of army manpower structure. On the other hand, this paper uses normative model to operate the strategy model in order to find out the optimal strategy. The paper heavily keeps an eye on the construction and inference of the strategy model. Hopefully this paper is viewed as a main reference for solving the emerging issues of army manpower structure.
