孔孟以降的儒家思想，铤爲最理想的統治方式是「道德統治」，而其思想原點則源自孔、孟的「内聖外王」觀念 ，此一觀念對於中國政治思想的影響至深且銀；即使是今日「民主中國」在追求「法治化」的過程中，政治领導者所 展現的此種傳統思考傾向，仍然有明顯的脈線而尋，本文重點即在探討傳統儒家德治思想的理論架構，及其疑難之處 ，並思索其對於現代民主政治發展的影響。
英文摘要
In this, I first introduce the prodominantly political thought of traditional China-rule by morality, Secondly, analyzing the theoretical struture of the thought. Finally, criticizing the faults of the thought and valuing the effects on demoriratic China.
