本研究旨在探究高雄市政府辦理訪視102 年度58 所國民小學補救教學實施情形,應用方案理論評鑑 進行實務探究,了解其實施情形及成效。研究者利用高雄市政府102 年度58 所國民小學補救教學實地訪 評資料採質性研究取向進行深入分析,分析結果如下:一、開辦期數與經費執行成效為辦理績效主要考 量;二、補救教學歷程檔案流於形式;三、專任教師教學專業與補救教學缺乏契合;四、偏重線上填報 行政作業;五、訪視過程難以評估執行成效。依分析結果提出結論與省思,並提供建議作為教育行政單 位及各國民小學推動補救教學訪視方案之參考。

英文摘要

The study aims to investigate the remedial instruction outcomes in 58 elementary schools between 2013 and 2014 in Kaohsiung city. The research applies evaluation data of the remedial instruction from the 58 elementary schools during 2013 and 2014. Qualitative research approach was utilized for a through analysis. The results showed that: 1) the number of set up terms and the outcomes of funding execution are the key considerations for processing outcomes. 2) Files of remedial instruction progress are conventional. 3) Teaching profession of the designate teachers and the subjects they teach in remedial instruction do not match. 4) Only online administration work is emphasized. 5) It is difficult to evaluate the executed results of remedial instruction during the visits. The researcher proposes conclusions and inspirations following the analysis results and provides advices to the educational administrative department and elementary schools to promote visiting program for remedial instruction.
