以社區為範疇的照護近十年以來已成為當代醫療發展的重要方向，其中常見精神疾患(common mental disorders, CMD)更是當今心理健康照護的主題。CMD涵蓋憂鬱症、焦慮症、適應障礙症、飲食障 礙、睡眠障礙症、物質濫用等疾病，包涵身體與精神症狀，病程同時受到體質、心理、家庭和社會因素 影響，而慢性化嚴重時可導致失能。本文以CMD曰間照護單位為例，闡述以心身醫學為理念架構之全人 照護，並藉一復發型重鬱症的案例說明社區精神衛生護理的定位，與釐清護理人員在跨領域專業團隊中 的角色與功能；並進一步對社區精神衛生護理的挑戰與未來發展進行評論。

Community-based care has become the key direction for contemporary medical development. Among all the themes of health care, common mental disorders (CMDs) are specifically a popular target for medical service. CMDs are common mental health problems that include depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, eating disorders, sleep disorders, and substance use disorder. The disease processes entail both physical and psychological symptoms and are related to constitutional, mental, familial, and social factors concurrently. Severe chronicity of the diseases can lead to disability. The article took the example of a CMD daycare unit to present the total care approach within psychosomatic conceptual framework. A case with recurrent major depressive disorder was used to illustrate the advanced perspectives of community psychiatric and mental health nursing and the role and function of the nurses in the interdisciplinary professional teams. The challenge and development of the future field of community psychiatric and mental health nursing were also discussed.
