Tour leader plays an important role on group tours. And, job satisfaction also influences a tour’s service quality. Confronted by different challenges every day, coupled with playing multiple roles, as well as unstable work hours, all of which contributed to the influence of tour leaders’ perceived work values and family support on job satisfaction. The study discusses the influence of perceived work values and family support by Taiwan’s international tour leaders on job satisfaction. The study uses survey investigation by distributing questionnaires to 20 large travel agencies in Taipei. ANOVA and regression analysis was performed by the SPSS 18.0 from 294 valid returns. The results found: significant differences of work values and job satisfaction by different tour routes, annual income, and individual attributes; positive correlation from work values and family support on job satisfaction; the influence of work values on job satisfaction is greater than that of family support. From three constructs of work values, cognitive value and affective value are more important than instrumental value. Affective value is more important in family support. The contribution of this study has identified the significance of main constructs of work value and family support on tour leaders’ job satisfaction. Based on the results, the study provides specific recommendation to travel agency organizations, travel agencies, tour leaders’ families, and tour leaders themselves.
