中文摘要

本研究目的旨在探討一位國小護理人員專業知能之內涵及其影響因素。研究方法採質性研究之研究法,蒐集資料的方式包括:深度訪談與文件分析。研究結果發現:1.個案之護理專業知能內涵包括「專業之醫學與護理知識」、「衛生教育計畫擬定與推行」、「校園常見及新興傳染病的預防」、「校園緊急事故傷害處理」、「特殊個案追蹤輔導」、「運用校內外資源」、「問題發現與解決」、「具備相關醫療法規知識」等八個面向;2.影響個案之護理專業知能發展的因素主要有:求學與之前工作時的專業訓練、在職教育、學校同事之經驗傳承。本文所歸納出國小護理人員的專業知能可供新進校護人員與日後有意從事校護一職之人員做為參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of the study is to investigate the contents of an elementary school nurse’s professional knowledge and competencies and its factors. This study uses qualitative research method and the data collections include interviews and documentary analysis. The results of the study find out: 1. The contents of this elementary school nurse’s professional knowledge and competencies include knowledge of medical and nursing, formulation and implementation of health education program, prevention of common and new infectious diseases in campus, treatment of accident injury in campus, follow-up special cases, internal and external resources utilization, problem identifying and solving, knowledge of relative medical regulation; 2. The factors that can influence the development of this elementary school nurse’s professional knowledge and competencies include: the professional training in nursing school and hospitals, in-service training, pass down a legacy of experiences of colleagues in school. The results of the elementary school nurse’s professional knowledge and competencies are for new staff’s reference.
