本研究探討臺灣居家∕社區遠距健康照護服務，透過訪談結果與文獻彙整分析， 比較台灣秀傳醫院與彰化基督教醫院之居家∕社區遠距健康照護的服務科技與作業流 程。結果顯示秀傳醫院較著重於社區據點關懷，而彰化基督教醫院較著重於教會據點 關懷與個人式（居家）健康管理，因此兩者之生理測量儀器設備也有所不同，但皆使 用有線技術、無線技術與雲端技術的資料傳輸方式；居家/社區遠距健康照護服務，皆 是由接受過專業醫療訓練的服務人員提供服務，但因兩家醫院提供的遠距健康照護服 務方式及收費方式的不同，而有不同的運作方式。此外，秀傳醫院與彰化基督教醫院 皆是根據年長者的需求設立Call Center，並提供遠距照護服務的資通訊設備，再藉由 受過醫院專業訓練的遠距照護服務人員，進行對年長者的服務。

This study investigates remote home / community-based health care services in Taiwan through the aggregated analysis of interviews and literature review to compare the home / community-based health-care service technology and processes between Taiwanese Show Chwan Memorial Hospital and Changhua Christian Hospital. The results show that Show Chwan Memorial Hospital pays the more emphasis on community-based health care and Changhua Christian Hospital focuses more on personal care as well as community-based health care in some church strongholds. So the physiological measurements equipment are different between Show Chwan Memorial Hospital and Changhua Christian Hospital, but the data transmission methods using the wired technology, wireless technology and Cloud technology are all used in these two hospitals. The home / community-based remote healthcare services are all served by professionally trained medical staff. The way of remote healthcare services and collecting fees are different between these two hospitals. So, the operation processes are different too. In addition, Show Chwan Memorial Hospital and Changhua Christian Hospital set up Call Center which is based on the needs of elder people and provide the elders with remote healthcare information and communications equipment. All the elderly remote healthcare services are conducted by professionally trained medical staff.
