本研究使用磨削力數學模型分析磨削參數對磨削力的影響,因加速度為力的表徵之一,使用加速度規量測磨削加工時所產生的振動量,將振動加速度量測值、磨削力模型及牛頓第二運動定律進行計算求得磨削常數。將磨削常數及加工之磨削參數代入磨削力模型得到理論值,與實驗結果進行驗證並探討實驗值與理論值之誤差大小。
This study analyzes the influence of grinding parameters on the grinding force by using the mathematical model of grinding force. Because an acceleration is the one of force characteristics, we measured the vibration of grinding process by using acceleration gauge. The calculations of the measured value of vibration, the model of grinding force and Newton's second law of motion can obtain the grinding constant. Substituting grinding constant and grinding parameters into the mathematical model of grinding force can obtain theoretical values. We used the experimental results to verify and investigate the errors between the experimental values and the theoretical values.
