實驗教育在臺灣,歷經二十餘年的慘澹經營,直至2014年立法院通過了實驗教育三法,賦予實驗教育更寬廣的揮灑空間。本文從實驗教育的發展沿革、重要的相關法規與精神、實驗教育三法等面向,探討分析國內實驗教育的發展趨勢與其影響,以及未來可努力的方向。研究獲致結論如下:選校時代來臨,賦予家長更多教育選擇權;驅策地方政府,制定相關法規以翻轉教育;偏鄉學校經營轉型,朝向實驗學校發展;公私部門攜手協力,彼此競合促進正向變革;催化公校創新經營,探索教育的無限可能。

英文摘要

For more than twenty years, experimental education in Taiwan has been put effort by many enthusiastic people. Finally, in 2014, three acts of experimental education were passed by the Legislative Yuan, giving experimental education a broader way to develop. In this study, the development of experimental education, important relevant regulations and its spirit have been briefly explained first, as well as the developmental trend of experimental education and its possible future directions have been discussed. The conclusions are as follows: 1. parents are given more educational choices since they have more initiatives in selecting their desirable schools; 2. local governments are driven to develop relevant regulations; 3. rural schools can be transformed into experimental schools; 4. the integration of experimental education supporting system should be conducted to build a friendly environment for experimental education; 5. public and private sectors should work together to lead the positive change and revolution for education; 6. public schools are impelled to manage innovatively to explore the unlimited possibilities of education.
