本文主要藉由心理劇的哲學概念——自發性與創造力來探討心理劇的訓練模式。主 要是以美國心理劇訓練師、教育者、導演(Trainer,Educator, Practitioner,簡稱TEP) Dr. Dorothy Satten所設計出的「四張椅子」的訓練相无念,來說明心理劇中主角 (protagonist )、替身(double )、輔角(auxiliary ego )的角色與位置,也藉由角色交換 (rolereversal)、鏡觀(mirroring)技巧的運用,來闡述心理劇的導劇方式,最後,作者 以一個案例對話,來說明四張椅子的導劇歷程。
The purpose of the article was to explore the psychodrama training model, "Four Chairs'1, by using the theories of spontaneity and creativity, the philosophical concepts of psychodrama. "Four Chairs'* created by Dr. Dorothy Satten, a psychodrama trainer, educator, and practitioner, was a training method for the three roles in psychodrama, protagonist, double, and auxiliary ego. Through employing role reversal and mirroring techniques, For Chairs can be used for directing a psychodrama. In this article, the author illustrated the implement of Four Chairs in a psychodrama via a case example.
