正值青春期的青少女因罹患紅斑性狼瘡，不僅生理不適也造成身體心像改變，無法調適而產 生負面感受，本文旨在探討利用行動裝置協助一位罹患紅斑性狼瘡之青少女適應身體心像改變過 程。護理期間自2015 年3 月3 日至2015 年3 月13 日，以直接照護、觀察、傾聽及會談等技巧收 集資料，藉由整體性評估後確立個案有口腔黏膜改變、急性疼痛、身體心像紊亂等健康問題，照 護期間藉以持續性關懷與傾聽技巧，利用青少年廣泛使用的行動裝置，擬定個別性護理計畫，提 供疾病自我照顧的相關資訊，提升個案配合度，引導個案緩解並修正身體心像紊亂的負向想法、 並予支持與鼓勵，適時將家人與同學納入照護計畫，學習與疾病共處，提升個案自我價值，重拾 自信心。

Since the teenaged girl began suffering from the systemic lupus erythematosus disease, her physical appearance change has significantly affected her emotion. It was very difficult for her to face and adapt the negative feelings because of body image change. The purpose of this case study was to describe experiences of caring for an adolescent girl suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus, especially the nursing process of helping her to face physical and mental impacts. The duration of nursing care was from March 3rd to 13th in 2015. Data was collected by applying observations and face to face interviews accompanying with direct care and phone-call interviews. The patient’s health related problems included oral mucosal changes, acute pain, and body image disorders. Other additional health problems were also found from overall assessment. The author provided continuity care and listening skills during the care process. In addition, mobile devices were applied to develop individual plans for care, provide relevant information for self-care, facilitate treatment adherence, help the girl to adapt body image changes, encourage family members and classmates to participate timely care plan, assist coping with the disease, and rebuild her self-confidence.
