本文研究靜壓止推軸承之圓形工作台動態特性，使用定量泵流量補償。目的是為了探討如何使用分析計算在不同的流量補償並且於工作台施加簡諧之激振力之動態反應，根據分析結果加以比較各參數的影響以及工作台之振動阻尼特性。
英文摘要
This paper studies the hydrostatic thrust bearings dynamic characteristics of the circular worktable, using a constant-flow pump flow compensation. The purpose is to explore how to use analysis and calculation for dynamic response of worktable in different flow compensation and harmonic force. And to compare the vibrational damping characteristics and design parameters influence according the analysis results.
