隨著科技進步及資訊傳遞迅速，社會 產業結構也逐漸改變，以傳統產業為主的 農村面臨了巨大的波動，村内年輕人口外 流，造成青中年人口斷層，傳統產業逐漸 沒落的危機。農村人口逐漸老化，許多農 村在地特色逐漸被忽視或遺忘，本研究欲 藉由社會設計的三個設計思維來改善當地 問題，方式為：靈感、槪念構成、執行， 實際深入新城社區嘹解當地特色，將社區 廢棄物再運用於當地環境，並閱讀文獻探 討文化創意商品含意及歸納其設計因子， 將歸納出之因子應用後續新城社區蔗渣文 化商品設計中，透過問卷分析，建立與重 整可做為新城社區文創設計之初步產品原 型，最後，將技術改良及傳授當地居民， 整合當地資源，以期待建構農村永續、在 地創新之生生不息產業模式。
As technology continues to improve and information sharing becomes faster than ever, the industrial structure in our society has been changed years after years. Thus, the villages in the suburban areas have faced a tremendous change in their traditional way of doing business. The rural population is rapidly aging as the younger generation emigrates outwards. As such, many fundamental characteristics of these rural areas begin to fade and eventually forgotten. The rural industry is on a gradual decline as industries faces restructuring. For solving this issue, our case study is trying to use three different design concepts to help the village maintain their signifi-cant culture. The three major design concepts are “inspiration,” “ideation” and “im-plement.” With in-depth interviews with the residents of the Xincheng community， we came up the idea of using rich cellulose wastes from the local community to recreate valuable material to the local environment. By literature reviews of innovative products and discussions of factors behind their design concepts, we are going to apply those factors to our bagasse product design. Through questionnaires and surveys, we can establish and integrate the ideas of our local cultural-creative product prototype. At last, we can teach and share this improved technology to local residents in integrating local resource. We believe this product will sustain the local industry and successfully build an innovative model as a pioneer for people to follow.
