爲了解市售蔬果受環境重金屬負荷污染之情形,由台灣中部地區八縣市之 傳統市場、超市及果菜中心採集檢體,檢驗其重金屬(鉛及鎘)含量,檢驗方 法係參照行政院衛生署72. 8. 25衛署食字第436953號公告食品中重金屬之檢 驗方法一鉛之檢驗及行院衛生署77. 11. 04衛署食字第762431號公告食品中重 金屬之檢驗方法一鑛之檢驗。錯標準品系列漢度範圍0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0及 6.0 ppm,鑛標準品系列滚度範圍0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8及1.0 ppm。定量範圍 錯爲0.5-6.0ppm,錢爲0.1-1.0ppm。最低檢出量以350爲準,錯最低檢出量 爲0.15 ppm,錯最低檢出量爲0.01 ppm。檢驗結果顯示八縣市共109件之蔬菜 檢體中,其鉛及鎘含量均低於最低檢出量(未檢出)。顯示市售蔬菜消費大眾 應可安心食用。
In order to survey the heavy metal residues in marketed fruits and vegetables, 109 samples were collected from 8 counties and cities within central Taiwan, and the heavy metal residues examined. Quantitation of heavy metal content (Pb 、Cd) was performed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Preparation of standard curves was conducted by AAS using serial standard solutions (Pb 、Cd). The absorbances of standards correlated well with the linear correlation coefficients of more than 0.999 ( q =0.05). The limits of detection of lead and cadmium by flame AAS were determined to be 0.15 and 0.01 ppm, respectively. The results showed that the lead and cadmium residues of the 109 samples were all below their limits of detection.
