本研究目的是探討精神障礙個案與正常大學生的動態人樹房子繪畫之差異， 藉以作為使用動態人樹房子繪畫測驗之職能治療師之參考。本研究共有50 位精神 障礙個案與50 位大學生參與。每位參與者均完成動態人樹房子繪畫測驗，在完成 動態人樹房子繪畫測驗之後，研究者與每位精障個案進行簡短的訪談。 研究結果顯示，精神障礙個案的繪畫經驗較少，對於畫畫的喜好度較低，且學 習經驗少。精神障礙個案與大學生的圖畫有6 種特質的差異：豐富性、互動性、 創造性、開放性、技巧性、整體氣氛。精神障礙個案與大學生在年齡、教育程度、 繪畫喜愛程度、繪畫興趣程度、之前的繪畫經驗、完成動態人樹房子繪畫測驗之時 間長短，和臨床效用上，均具有統計上顯著的差異。本研究結果提供精障者與大學 生樣本在圖畫特質上的差異特質，也提出個案例子說明動態人樹房子繪畫測驗的 優點以及建議。

This study aimed to examine the difference of drawing characteristics adhering to Kinetic-House-Tree-Person (KHTP) test between persons with mental illness and college students. Fifty persons with mental illness and 50 college students were recruited in the study. Each participant completed the KHTP test according to standard instructions. The persons with mental illness were interviewed by the first author after the test. The results showed that the persons with mental illness were lack of drawing and learning experiences. In comparison to the college students, higher percentages of persons with mental illness disliked the drawing. We identified six distinct drawing characteristics between persons with mental illness and college students, including richness, interactive, creativeness, openness, skillfulness, and atmosphere. There were significant differences of age, educational status, likeness, interests, experiences, duration of drawing, and utility of drawing between persons with mental illness and college students. The study findings support that drawings of persons with mental illness and college students demonstrated distinct drawing characteristics. We also used a case example to show how the KHTP test can be beneficial for clinical application. The results of the study can be used as a reference for occupational therapists to apply the KHTP test in clinical practice.
