中文摘要

污名會影響身心障礙者的社會適應問題,去除污名化的介入是重要的。本研究採類實驗研究法,以自編社會距離與接納行為量表為量性成效指標,比較人際接觸法與傳統教育宣導法兩種模式,在對抗特殊教育學生公眾污名之成效並比較在國小高低年級何種時機介入有較佳成效。研究發現人際接觸法介入對低年級普通班學生能有效能降低對特殊學生的社會距離且行為上能夠提升接納特教班學生。國小早期階段應用人際接觸法推廣特殊教育宣導是可參考之模式。

英文摘要

Stigma has an enormous impact on social adaptation among the people with disabilities and confronting stigma plays a vital role. The purpose of this experimental study is to compare the effect between contact method and traditional education on coping with public stigma and to explore the starting time of these interventions through the indicator of social distance. The result indicates that the contact method has a significant effect on improving social distance and is better than the traditional education method. Besides, the better effect is found among the students with lower grade of elementary School. Early intervention for confronting stigma is recommended.
