本研究是以提升溝通能力為目標、在課程當中藉由使用Social Network Services (以下簡稱為SNS)來探討日語教學中的主動學習之可能性的實證研 究。本研究以台灣北部某大學應用日語學系二年級的學生為對象,施行時間為 期一學期。實施的課程內容為,在日語會話課程中,藉由使用SNS 與日本人聊 天,並嘗試與其成為朋友為目標。 在這個課程內容之中,以促進學習者與日本 人交流的主動學習每週使用SNS 與日本人聊天,並於會話課堂中發表其互動成 果並讓學習者們互相討論。本研究中用來分析的資料來源為期中、期末考試的 學習問卷、每次於課堂中發表的報告內容及回饋單。藉由學習者的回饋,檢討 主動學習的效果及可行性。 本研究的結果為,實施的課程內容對於日語學習者 而言,是有所助益的。並且讓學習者們能夠克服日語學習中所遇到的困難、主 動並積極的學習。學習者們對於日語常體的使用場合也有了更深刻的理解。本 研究提示了在教學中使用SNS 學習日語的可行性。

英文摘要

The goal of this research is to increase levels of Japanese communicat ion, through the use of social network services (SNS) looking at the possibilities of proactive learning in the classroom. The participants of this research are 2nd Year Applied Japanese students from a university in north Taiwan. The duration of this research was one semester. Students were asked in their conversation class to chat and make friends with Japanese locals on SNS. The main goal for this activity to increase proactive learning of students. Every week, students had to chat with Japanese locals, and, report their findings to the class. This research collected qualitative data – questionnaires in the mid- and end of semester exams, personal reflections and in-class discussions – that were used to analyze the effects and prospects of proactive learning. The results of this research showed that students benefited from the learning experience. It allowed students to overcome problems experienced during their studying of Japanese, as well as encouraged proactive learning. Students also developed a solid understanding of the application of plain form. This research shows the possibilities of using SNS in the classroom to learn Japanese.
