目前傳統擴大家庭皆更迭為核心家庭,無論在組織結構及人員組成都有明顯的不同,本個案試著從民事法 觀點來評述中藥鋪的繼承問題,藉資使醫務管理同道得以略知傳統中藥鋪組織經營之梗概。
Currently, the classical extended family has changed,its name to nuclear family. No matter considering from its organizational structure of staff consisting, it shows an obvious distinction. The case study attempts to evaluate the maneuring problem of civil law in a family business administration. Hoping to widen the awareness of hospital administrators, the study intends to help hospital industry comrades to get a brief understanding about the business administration of the traditional china drug store.
