本研究目的在於經由文獻回顧與定義以企業經營觀點探討組織內部成員的組織信任對知識分享之影響,並檢視組織中主管領導風格是否為組織內部成員組織信任與知識分享間之干擾因子;採用問卷調查法,以電子業、製造業、三C產品以及服務業的組織內部成員為研究對象,透過選點法與JOHNSON-NEYMANTECHNIQUE,進行干擾因子水準值區間估計,以檢定其干擾效果;研究結果顯示組織信任對組織成員間知識分享有顯著正向影響,組織中主管的轉換型領導、交易型領導與混和相乘型領導風格對組織信任與知識分享之過程具有條件式干擾效果。知識被視為組織內重要的資產,知識管理的困難點在於知識分享的推動,有鑑於知識分享於知識管理中具有舉足輕重之地位,如何將知識轉化分享意願與行為,端賴知識管理的建立,管理者須瞭解領導風格不同水準值取向,提供更多企業成長空間,依據研究結果,期望本研究提出理論與實務上意涵,供後續研究參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of organizational trust on knowledge sharing within the organization from the point of view of corporate operations through literature review and definition, and to examine whether the leadership style of the organization supervisor is the interference factor between the organizational trust of internal members and knowledge sharing. This study adopted the questionnaire survey method and took internal members of the electronics industry, manufacturing industry, the 3C products and service industry as objects of study. It used the method of selected points and JOHNSON-NEYMAN TECHNIQUE to perform the interval estimation on interference factor level values to check its interference effect. The results of the study show that organizational trust has a significant positive effect on the knowledge sharing among organization members. The conversion-type, transaction-type and mixed-type leadership style of organization supervisors has the conditional interference effect on the process of organizational trust and knowledge sharing. Knowledge is regarded as an important asset in the organization, and the difficulty in knowledge management lies in the promotion of knowledge sharing. Because knowledge sharing plays a decisive role in knowledge management, the willingness and behavior of knowledge transfer and sharing depend on the establishment of knowledge management. Managers must understand the different level value orientation of leadership style to provide more room for enterprise growth. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that this study can propose theoretical and practical implications for reference in subsequent studies.
