臺灣地區國民中小學發展特色學校實施計畫從1997年開始推動,已推動四階段,第四階段除延續前三階段特色學校實施計畫的重點――有效整合學校課程、教程、學程及工程外,並且配合2018新課綱之實施,特別強調素養導向之特色學校計畫。本文旨在析述第四階段素養導向特色學校之規劃與實踐及素養導向特色學校之發展建議。
The implementation plan for the development of featured schools for primary and junior highs in Taiwan has reached phase four since started promoting in 1997. This stage continues to hold the same focal points of the previous three stages, including effective integration of school curriculum, instruction, courses and projects, and specifically emphasizes competence-oriented featured school programs, which cope with the implementation of the 2018 new curriculum. This paper aims to analyze the planning and practice of this fourth-stage competence-oriented featured schools and provide suggestions on the development of those schools.
