本研究旨在建構企業講師能力指標,利用探索性因素分析進行能力指標之建構。經過四次因素分 析獲致五大能力構面與25項能力指標。其能力構面分別為:邏輯分析、問題解決與多元教學能力; 口述表達與培訓指導能力;商用知識與語言運用能力;口語和文字理解能力;客戶服務與溝通能力等。 第一項能力構面,需具歸納推論、演繹推理、問題敏感度、洞察細節、複雜問題與解決、判斷與決策、 文字書寫表達、使用不同教學策略、批判性思考等能力。第二項能力構面,需具講述、口語表達、指 導他人、將事物敘述清楚、教育與訓練等能力。第三項能力構面,需有英語運用、經濟與會計、一種 以上方言運用、數學、行政與管理等知識。第四項能力構面,需具文字理解、口語理解、閱讀理解等 能力。第五項能力構面,則需具備銷售與行銷、客戶與人員服務、傳播與媒體等知識。

英文摘要

This research aimed at developing competency indicators and for the corporate trainers. The purposes of this study were to explore competency indicators for the corporate trainers. In this study, exploratory factor analysis were used. Through this study, 25 competency indicators in five major dimensions were identified. Those dimensions are: logic analysis, problem solving and diversified teaching ability; oral expression and training instruction ability; commercial knowledge and language ability; oral and written understanding ability; and customer service and communication ability. The first capability aspect requires inductive reasoning, deductive reasoning, problem sensitivity, insight into details, complex problems and resolution, judgement and decision making, written writing, using different teaching strategies, and critical thinking. The second capability aspect requires the ability to tell, speak, guide, clarify, teach and train. The third capability aspect requires the use of English, economics and accounting, and the use of local language, mathematics, administration and management. The fourth capability aspect requires the ability to understand words, understand spoken language, and read comprehension. For the fifth capability aspect, knowledge of sales and marketing, customer and personnel services, communication and media are required.
