本研究旨在探究不同依附型態性侵害者參與團體處遇前後改變動機之變化。本研究以彰化縣轉介接受社區團體心理處遇的55位性侵害者為主要樣本來源。研究者依據個案所填寫的「關係型態量表」、「改變階段量表—性侵害版」評估不同依附型態性侵害者團體處遇前後改變動機的變化。研究結論如下：一、本研究接受社區處遇的性侵害者其依附類型多數是屬於安全型依附（54.5%）與排拒型依附（29.1%）。二、本研究的性侵害者在經過團體處遇之後，「準備期」的人數比例提高，然而「行動期」與「維持期」的人數比例則是下降。而整體改變動機則是無顯著的前、後測變化。三、焦慮型依附性侵害者雖然在處遇前改變動機最低，卻也是處遇前、後進步幅度最高的依附型態。

The aim of this study was to explore the alteration of motivation to change of different attachment types of sexual offender following group treatment. In this study, 55 sexual offenders were referred for community group treatment in Changhua County. Researcher used quantitative analysis of the data obtained via the Stages of Change Scale-Sexual Offense Version and the Relationship Style Questionnaire to assess the alteration of motivation to change in different attachment types of sexual offender who participated group treatment. The results are summarized as follows:（1）the most common attachment types of the sexual offenders who participated community group treatment in our study were security attachment and dismissing attachment.（2）after three months of group treatment, the ratio of the participants who belonged to “preparation stage” increased, but the ratio of the participants who belonged to "action stage" and "maintenance stage" reduced. The level of total motivation to change did not change significantly after group treatment.（3）Although anxious attachment participants had the lowest level of total motivation to change before group treatment, these participants exhibited the most progress in total motivation to change after group treatment, relative to other attachment types.
