中文摘要

面臨高中生中途離校的不斷增加,是目前教育輔導機制首要處理的問題。本研究透過其通報系統的資料與過往文獻的分析,界定目前高中生中途離校的成因,除了一般研究探討家庭、社會、學校及個人產生的問題,其中形塑的同儕次文化與自我概念,存在於一般青少年的生活中,是生活教育及學校教育不容忽視的。而學者Lazarus(1966)以情緒及問題聚焦的情境策略可用於高中生中輟輔導教育。本研究針對輔導機制建議,擴展升學前輔導項目的資源規劃、及其個別補救教學與學生對於社會的認知,以供教育主管機關及學校行政單位之參考。

英文摘要

Face the high-school student constantly leaving school, adjusting its consulting mechanism as consider an important issue in education. This study exploring that systematic analytic on notification system and past literatures, and we find out four factors the same in the past, in which also shaping the sub-culture in peers and self-conception etc. factors. Which effects have being the adolescent life routine, then should be noticed. We can take the countermeasures and focused on emotions and problems applying on high-school students' consulting in the future, that according to the Lazarus(1966)suggests. Based on those discusses, we suggests that expanding and planning the resources of each item in pre-entrance and remedial teaching and recognizing social problems. These study results could provide the authorities references in the future.
