全球市場競爭下，知識型農業的發展趨勢，揭橥創新知識的重要性，也說明農業知識系統、組織網絡、互動與學習等地方化學習環境的重要性。本研究以鳳梨產業為案例，嘗試探討鳳梨產業創新的知識網絡和信賴關係情形，並兼論嘉義民雄和臺南關廟兩地區的差異。研究結果指出，農委會架構的農業知識系統，不僅對農產發展所需的創新知識有相當幫助，也提供一個農業生產者彼此交流與學習的平台，厚實農業發展所需的社會資本。但也指出，老農的人力結構困境，以及關鍵技術「藏私」現象，卻帶來農村社會資本弱化的問題。進一步，民雄的鳳梨產業，互動學習、社會網絡、共識基礎相較厚實；關廟鳳梨產業則傾向品牌銷售依賴，而忽視互動學習與社會網絡、制度平台；一個學習型環境，提供良善的合作與競爭機制的重要性，是值得重視的議題。

In the global market, the agriculture has been driven towards innovational and knowledge-based development. This trend also raises an importance of constructing agricultural learning milieu in terms of knowledge-based system, organizational network, and interactive learning. By case study of the pineapple industry, this study tries to discuss conditions of innovative-knowledge network and trust relationship in a process of promoting the pineapple industry. It also explores developmental differences between two cases, pineapple industries in Minshon and Guanmiao. The result shows there is no doubt that advantages of knowledge and innovation learning mechanism should drive a well development of the pineapple industry and strongly embed a social capital of agricultural industry in rural. However, issues of ageing farmers and unwilling technology exchange might weaken the social capital in a process of promoting the agricultural development. In two cases, the results point out that interactions, social networks, and consciousnesses are significantly emphasized by Minshon, and, on the other hand, the Guanmiao is apparently depended on good brand sales of pineapples but, comparatively, neglects the interactive learning, social networks, and system platforms. It also suggests that a good learning milieu to provide well cooperation and competition environment should be embedded in the rural industry.
