本研究旨在探討藉由社群網站(臉書)進行正向品味介入方案對大學生正向心理狀態及憂鬱的影響。本研究以便利取樣募得122 名臺灣地區的大學生為樣本,將其隨機分派至實驗組及無處理控制組之中,並對實驗組實施為期三週的圖像活動介入。研究結果發現,圖像活動組在接受實驗處理後,在「正向心理狀態量表簡版」的後測得分顯著高於控制組,在「流行病學研究中心憂鬱量表」的後測得分則顯著低於控制組;而在上述兩份量表的延後測方面,實驗組與控制組之間則無顯著差異。研究者根據研究結果與討論,提出若干建議,做為實務工作及未來研究之參考。
We designed a Facebook-based positive intervention based on savoring theory. We recruited 122 university students in Taiwan and randomly assigned the three-week savoring intervention group and the control group with no-treatment. We used the positive-psychological-state scale (PPSS) and the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) as measurements. The results of ANCOVA showed significant differences in PPSS mean scores between the treatment group and the control groupin in the posttest stage, but not in the follow-up stages. Moreover, the treatment group also displayed significantly lower depression in the posttest, which was not maintained upon follow-up. Some suggestions for practice and future research were also provided.
