中文摘要

為了降低竹材之缺陷對材料機械性質之影響,因此發展出將圓竹製備成竹集成材料之技術,然而透過製作實尺寸試材以進行各種機械性質之試驗,恐需付出相當高昂之時間及金錢成本。因此本研究欲透過建立積層理論模型, 利用不同配置條件之南美刺竹(Guadua angustifolia)集成材模擬其理論彈性性質,以快速評估竹集成材配置條件對機械性質之影響。分析結果顯示,取竹桿外側之材料可製備較高彈性性質之竹集成材,隨著配置角度的提升,可減少及竹集成材橫向及縱向彈性性質之差異,若竹集成材兩側採用較高彈性性質之集成元材料,可有效提升竹集成材之抗彎性質。

英文摘要

In order to reduce the influence of defect in bamboo's mechanical properties, the technology of manufacturing laminated materials from round bamboo has been developed. However, the cost of time and money in material manufacturing and property testing can be quite high. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a lamination theory-based model to efficiently evaluate the influence of different configuration conditions to various mechanical properties. We used the laminated bamboo of Guadua angustifolia in different configuration conditions to simulate the theoretical elastic properties. Analysis results revealed that the material of the outer side of the bamboo rod can be used to prepare a laminated bamboo with higher elastic properties. Increase of the configuration angle could reduce the difference between longitudinal and lateral elastic properties of laminated bamboo. When the laminated bamboo is made of the lamina with higher elastic properties on both sides, the bending resistance of laminated bamboo can be effectively improved.
