中文摘要

因應學生學習模式的改變,於品質保證過程中納入「學生參與」的重要性日益增加。品質保證機構須積極思考如何藉由結合「資歷認可」內涵,更為強化品質保證機構的多元功能。是故,本研究主要目的即希望透過檢視目前全球品質保證機構所面臨「學生參與」與「資歷認可」的兩大議題,就其角色的調整與重塑政府之關係進行論述與分析。

英文摘要

As the way that the students learn changed, the inclusion of student engagement into external quality assurance governance becomes a major concern in the global development of quality assurance and accreditation. In addition, a call for the convergence between qualification recognition and quality assurance is getting stronger and stronger due to increased student mobility. Hence, the purpose of the paper is to explore the two new quality assurance trends and evaluate the current development, particularly in Asia and Europe.
